WHAT I OFFER

I help people identify areas in their life where healthy habits need to be formed so that they can live optimally into their fullest self. Each client is given the opportunity to share concerns and struggles with their health. From there I will work with them to establish goals and lifestyle changes they can work toward with a set plan. I review all areas of health (mental, emotional and physical) with each client giving them a “big picture” view of what is possible. From there I encourage the client to pick one goal at a time to work towards which enhances sustainability and habit changes.

one time

(the 1 month package offering)

1 month of coaching (1 session each week for up to an hour). We will address your primary health goal and develop a game plan to accomplish it. I will provide you with tools and resources along the way to help you create a sustainable environment so that this goal can be met. One month is the perfect window of time to begin a new practice and develop a foundation for it to become a lifestyle change!

Designed to help begin lifestyle changes such as healthier eating habits, workout routines, or cleaner product choices.

Blooming

/month

(the 3 month package offering)

3 months of coaching (1 session every other week for up to 30 minutes). We will dive deeper into your areas of health concerns and build a plan that is right for you. This time frame allows for more opportunities to make changes and see results. I will check-in with you weekly (via email or phone) to celebrate successes, address concerns and recalibrate the plan(s) if needed.

Ideal for those needing help with weight loss, hormone balancing and more detailed coaching requests that require more time to implement change and see results.
